Focused Faith ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, mood check-in data, journal entries, and prayer entries. We also collect usage data such as app activity and streak information.
We use your information to provide and improve our services, personalize your scripture recommendations, and — for church plan members — provide aggregate engagement data to your church administrator. Church admins can see member names, streaks, and last active dates but never your journal or prayer content.
To generate personalized scripture suggestions, the mood labels and optional notes you enter during a check-in are sent to a third-party AI provider (Anthropic) solely to produce those recommendations. This data is not used to train their models and is not sold. Your journal and prayer entries are never sent to the AI provider.
Your data is stored securely using Firebase and encrypted in transit. Journal and prayer entries are private and visible only to you.
You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app: go to Profile and tap "Delete Account." This immediately and permanently removes your profile, check-ins, journal entries, prayers, and progress. If you need help, contact us at gvcookies50@gmail.com.
